SHIPPING & RETURNS

At Galicious, we attach great importance to providing you with all important information about our products transparently. Please note that return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer.

 

This is how the return works:

• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.

• Please send an email to info@galicious.shop and provide your order number and the reason for the return.

• The return costs are to be borne by the customer.

• Refunds will be issued after receipt and inspection of the goods.

• The goods must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

• Returns outside the 14-day period cannot be accepted

 

Important instructions:

• If a defect is proven, we will of course ensure that the process runs smoothly.

 

Returns that do not comply with the stated conditions cannot be accepted.

2. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

3. We will send you the return address and further instructions.

4. After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the purchase amount less the shipping costs.
